White Pumpkins at a Wedding?
What a beautiful sunny Fall afternoon to get married at the Bella Collina Mansion located in Stokesdale, NC. Tara and Derek were a fun and wonderful couple to work with. It was refreshing to meet a Groom that wanted to be involved in the final floral planning process.
The majority of our Fall weddings feature traditional colors such as oranges, yellows, and bronzes. Side adornments of either hay and orange pumpkins are usually the norm. But not this wedding. Tara’s color pallette veered away from traditional fall, but stayed within the vibrant area of the spectrum. And to top it off, we included some gorgeous white pumpkins that were engulfed in gorgeous matching flowers.
The featured flowers included a wide variety of roses. Pink titanic roses, pink sweet akito roses, with a combination of pink & white majolicas and deep red rubicon spray roses. All accented by cranberry mini callas and eggplant stock. What a beautiful contrast to the white pumpkins and soft pink linens.
Another extremely happy couple and another successful Bella Collina wedding. Please enjoy the pics below.
