Carol is the mastermind behind the Always & Forever Florist creation which started in 1996. Carol worked as a designer many years before she started Always & Forever Florist. She took an idea and turned it into a successful business that has provided flowers to the local communities with a 99.9% satisfaction record. She was elected as President of the North Carolina State Florist Association for a one-year term in 2012. She is a past NC State Teleflora Board Member and strives daily to keep all her many customers satisfied. Flower creation is a task she takes seriously. And, working with people is another task that she enjoys very much.
Carol Mills - Owner/Operator
Steven is no stranger to the industry. His parents operated a florist & garden center where Steven attained his artistic talents. He designed his first bridal bouquet at the early age of 8 and from that point on his love for the floral designs at weddings grew stronger everyday. His many achievements include Greensboro Triad Designer of the year, NC Designer of the year, and Southern Retail Designer of the year. He was also 1st runner-up at the National Designer of the Year competition in 2008. We're proud to have Steven on our design team and trust his expertise with wedding floral planning and designs.
Steven Custer - Designer & Wedding Expert
Mary is a graduate of the NC Certified Professional Florist School. She studied corporate floral design under Professor Jim Johnson of Texas A&M. She won Designer of the Year in 2005 from the Greensboro Triad Florist Association. She has served as Committee Chairperson on numerous design competitions hosted by the NC State Florist Association and currently serves on the NCSFA Education committee. She taught floral design classes at our local community college. Mary has such a strong passion for floral design that her thirst for creation cannot be quenched.
Mary Matherly - NCCPF Head Designer
Kathy has truly learned the art of floral design by doing. She has been with us since we first opened the doors here at Always & Forever Florist. After beginning as a delivery person, her true artistic talent surfaced and she quickly developed into a skillful professional designer. She's a valuable asset on our development team and has her own customer following.
