Overcast Wedding Day at Bella Collina

Dreary rainy wedding day -- Bad luck or good?

Even though it was an overcast day at the Bella Collina Mansion, the wedding and the flowers for Stephanie and Zack’s wedding were far from being dull and dreary.  Stephanie’s favorite flower was the daisy and we gave her a beautiful organic combination of wildflowers including Monte Casino, yellow babes spray roses, light blue delphinium, cream spray stock with white cushion daisies and yellow gerber daisies.

As clearly evident in the pictures below, being overcast has its’ advantages.  On overcast days, floral colors are truer and sharper than on bright sunny days.  Fortunately the rain held off and I believe that you’ll agree with me when it comes to the more concise color ranges being present with overcast conditions making for another successful wedding at the Bella Collina Mansion in Stokesdale, NC.
